1 Introduction

3 Account Responsibilities

4.2 Deposit Conditions

Processing times stated are estimates only and are not guaranteed. 577win is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.

4.5 Currency

The 577win Platform operates player accounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. 577win does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. Players depositing via Visa, Mastercard, or USDT should be aware that their own payment provider may apply conversion rates or fees that are outside 577win's control.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering

577win operates in compliance with applicable international anti-money laundering ("AML") standards. 577win reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation from any player prior to processing a withdrawal where such a request is warranted by the player's transaction history or account activity. Any attempt to use the 577win Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

7 Sports Betting

Where a bet is placed on an in-play market after an event-changing occurrence that has not yet been reflected in the Platform's live odds, 577win reserves the right to void that bet.

7.4 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body of the sport or competition. In cases where the governing body reverses or amends an official result after initial settlement, 577win reserves the right to re-settle affected bets in line with the revised official result. Any winnings already withdrawn in connection with a subsequently revised result may be deducted from the player's account balance.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 577win Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

9 Account Suspension & Closure

577win reserves the right to suspend or restrict any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 577win has reasonable grounds to believe that: the account is being used in breach of these Terms; the account is associated with fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity; the account holder has provided false information during registration or KYC; or the suspension is required for security, regulatory, or compliance purposes.

9.2 Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your 577win account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, 577win will process any eligible real-money balance for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to applicable KYC requirements. Account closure requests made under self-exclusion provisions are handled under the Responsible Gaming framework and are subject to the cooling-off period described in Section 10.

9.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, all bonus balances, free spins, and promotional entitlements are forfeited. 13 Privacy & Data Protection
